Maintenance Challenges

Before adopting Click Maint, we used a program that was part of a larger corporate software suite designed for managing large-scale facilities. While it was functional and offered a wide range of advanced features, it was overly complex for the needs of our smaller operation. The abundance of "bells and whistles" made the system cumbersome to navigate and overly time-consuming when inputting data. Additionally, the software was not very user-friendly on tablets or phones, which limited our ability to work efficiently in the field. Ultimately, it felt like we were adapting to the software rather than it being tailored to fit our needs.
